Returns and Refunds Policy

WHAT can be returned?

Fullon Fishing has a 28 day return policy on all non-sale items sold via our website or store. The 28 day period begins from the date of purchase. Items returned within this time frame can either be exchanged or credited. Purchased items can be exchanged for any product of the same value or used as a credit towards an item with a higher value. If an item is exchanged for an item of a lesser value a credit will be given. Credits will only be given to the same credit card or account as the items were originally charged.
Freight charges are not creditable. 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

All items will need to be returned to our warehouse which is located at:

Fullon Fishing 
7 Somerset Street
Frankton
Hamilton

HOW do customers return items?

Item's will need to be returned to our warehouse, complete with original invoice/Proof of Purchase, packaging and any documentation in a clean unsued condition. 

SHIPPING for returns?

It is the customer’s responsibility to freight the item(s) back to Fullon Fishing.  A credit will only be given or replacement items sent on the safe arrival of the items back to Fullon Fishing.

CREDIT for returns?
Once the item is recieved by Fullon Fishing we can either exchange, issue a voucher or refund. The refund will need to be made in the same manner as the payment was recieved, eg: if the items was paid for via Credit card then the refund will need to be returned to the same card. Vouchers issued are unable to be refunded.

Packing materials?

The item(s) must be returned in ‘as new’ condition complete, unused, with all packaging, ticketing and labelling. The item(s) shall remain the property of the purchaser until returned to Fullon Fishing. A freight charge will apply for the shipment of any new item(s) to the customer. A quote for return shipping will be given prior to dispatch.
